Baby Bunnies

18 months to 3 years

Your Baby Bunny will be introduced to music, movement, song and dance with you by their side. Learn to point toes, spin, hop, gallop and kick in a relaxed, fun environment. Stimulate imagination through creative role play with colourful props and awaken the magical joy of dance.

Bouncy Bunnies

2 ½ to 4 years

Bouncy Bunnies will develop confidence and independence as they learn to master the Ballet Basics in their own time. Plie, pirouette and leap with further physical development using props and imaginative storytelling. Stimulate creative movement through improvisation. Parent involvement is not essential but encouraged.

Street & Hip-Hop

Hip-hop/Street
Evolving dance form influenced by the music of hip-hop & R&B artists as seen on MTV videos such as Usher, Beyonce and Justin Timberlake. Techniques include body popping, locking, breaking and free styling.

Cheer Dance

Athletic discipline involving dance with poms and cheers, incorporating gymnastic elements of jumps, leaps and turns all executing with speed, flexibility and precision. Cheer dance is often performed at Football matches and can be seen in Cheerleading movies such a Bring it On.

Modern Jazz

Modern
Free Flowing, interpretive style using techniques from ballet, jazz and contemporary dance. This style can be seen in West End/ & Broadway Musicals such as Cats, Chicago and West Side Story and in movies & shows like High School Musical & Glee

Classes range from Beginners to Advanced....the choice is yours. There are classes for that 'Bedroom dancer' who wishes to learn some new moves to the more serious dancer who can then be trained to take graded examinations with DANCECOR, an Internationally recognized dance association.

Modern and Hip-hop set syllabus work is examined and pupils gain formal achievements and certificates and can ultimately qualify as a teacher and pursue a career in dance. Pupils are also given the opportunity to perform regularly in festivals and competitions.

What to wear

Modern Jazz & Ballet Basics

Leotard or gym vest with tights/leggings, jazz shoes or bare feet

Street & Hip-hop Dance

Comfortable gym clothing with supportive trainers
